Use 12 spike in each boot, this will allow for 2 sets of boots or a complete re-spike.
Have been using these in my wading boots and they provide me great traction.
Use in any thick soled boot or sneakers. Also Good for snow removal or ice fishing.
Other wading spikes cost more for fewer.
1. about the size. A few people commented in my feed back about the size. In this case smaller is better. No one has commented that they are too big. If these were too long they might go through sole, especially if walking on hard rocky surfaces Before ordering please know how long 3/8 of an inch is, about the diameter of a dime.
2. Some waiting boots have specified lugs or inputs for spikes. If you choose to use the spots to install the studs please check to make sure they are tight in the holes. Some of these boots with specified lugs are designed for their own proprietary wading boot spikes.  You should be able to install these spikes in other areas of the soul.
3.  Used caution when reinstalling spikes into old holes that you've taken spikes out of.  If you previously used a spike thicker post, these spikes make come out prematurely.
